Covid-19 Update

As we continue to experience difficulties during this pandemic, I want you to be aware that your health, safety and comfort will always remain my top priority. As the lockdown is easing, my governing bodies have continued to advise that it would not be safe for me to see clients face to face at the current time and I will continue to follow that advice.

Online Hypnotherapy Sessions using Zoom

I am seeing clients online using the Zoom platform. Whilst I miss seeing all of you face to face, I have been so pleasantly surprised by how well these online sessions are working. You have continued to improve and thrive despite the current challenges we are experiencing. You never cease to amaze me.

I am still here for anyone who may be struggling so do please get in touch. It doesn’t matter what the issue may be. The Solution Focused approach seeks to heal you as a person and will never view you as a problem that needs to be ‘fixed’.

Free resources for your mental health

These resources are here for you to watch, utilise and download for free as you wish. I am extremely passionate about helping others and offering support in what are certainly unprecedented circumstances.

This package is aimed at anyone who feels they may be struggling with their mental health and maybe wants to try some self-help before they feel they need to seek further support.

You may be in a position where you are worried about your future career prospects or that you may not have a job to go back to post-lockdown.  You may feel you are not in a position to make a financial commitment just now.

Even if you’re just interested in understanding and having more information about how to better look after your own mental health, or the mental health of others that you are close to, then these resources are designed to help and support you too.

Whatever your situation, my deepest wish is that these resources will help to make a positive difference in your lives.

This package includes 4 elements:

  • Video 1 – Three Key Facts – this provides an introduction about why I felt compelled to do this and provides some key information about how our brains work. I’m sure you’ll recognise much of this in yourselves and it will help you to better manage how you perceive things going forward.
  • Video 2 – Six Simple Steps – STEADY – in this video I run through a simple but effective strategy for supporting your mental health should you find yourself feeling anxious or low.  It is designed to work in conjunction with the other resources and information I have provided.  Therefore, I recommend that you watch Video 1 before you move on to this video.
  • A graphic of the Six Simple Steps strategy – this is free for you to download, print and share as you wish.
  • A relaxation recording – this is a guided meditation and not a hypnotherapy trance.  I would not advise utilising hypnotic recordings unless your suitability for hypnosis has been assessed by a professional and where you have not provided informed consent to be hypnotised.  This too is free for you to download and listen to at your leisure.
